Good Target Deal
Target has Cocoa Puffs for 1.99. There is a Target coupon on the generator for $1 off General Mills cereal and on Pillsbury there is a $1 off Cocoa Puffs coupon. Or on Coupons.com they have $.75 off and that makes them $.24.
